All U.S. orders are fulfilled locally through our warehouse partner, Flexport. Most mainland U.S. orders ship within three business days; however, during periods of unusually high order volume, warehouse closures, or other factors, fulfillment can occasionally take up to seven business days.

Please ensure your destination has a secure delivery point, as the courier is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery. Tracking numbers are emailed at the time of shipment.
