All UK and EU orders are fulfilled locally through our 3PL partners. We aim to deliver mainland UK orders within three business days; however, during periods of unusually high order volume, warehouse closures, or other factors, delivery can occasionally take up to seven business days.

Please ensure your destination has a secure delivery point, as our couriers are not responsible for parcels once they have been dropped off at the address. Tracking numbers are emailed at the time of shipment.
