All of our UK and EU orders are fulfilled locally via our 3PL partners. We aim to deliver all mainland UK orders within 3 working days. However, depending on factors such as unusually high order volume, warehouse closures etc, it can occasionally take up to 7 working days. 

Please ensure your destination has a secure point of delivery as our couriers don't take responsibility for the product once they have dropped it off at the delivery address. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. 

Note that although tracking numbers are sent when the order has been packaged for shipment, tracking information does not start to update until the package has arrived at the processing center. Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions.
