Problems turning off the device?Updated a month ago

If you are new to the device, note that some buttons have dual functions, such as power on/off and Bluetooth pairing. The icons next to the buttons are symbols for guidance, not actual buttons. The power button (>) typically has the power symbol next to it.

While the device is vibrating, first check whether all button functions work - change the vibration pattern or adjust the intensity - to confirm that the buttons and software are operating correctly.

If a persistent Bluetooth connection exists between the device and a phone or the remote, you cannot power down the device until the connection is terminated. Close the app completely or hold the power button on the remote until it disconnects.

Next, connect the device to a USB charger. MysteryVibe devices should not vibrate while charging, so the vibration should stop once charging begins.

If this does not resolve the issue, the device may be faulty. Let the battery run down completely. After it depletes, charge the device for 5 - 10 minutes and see whether the hard reboot resolves the problem. Please report the results to us.
