My Tenuto 2 won't turn onUpdated a month ago

Please note that all our products ship in Travel Lock mode. To release the device from this mode, connect it to USB power. After it has charged for a short time, disconnect the USB cable and try turning the device on.

If you still have issues, go through the checklist below and let us know the results so our technical team can follow up:

1. Use a different power source and a different USB cable.

2. Check for dirt or dust in the charging port.

3. Look for indicator lights when the device begins charging.

4. Press each button several times to confirm you feel distinct, repeated clicks.

5. Turn the device on by pressing the power button for two seconds. (Some devices turn on and then off quickly if you hold the button too long. Updating the firmware in the app usually resolves this.)

6. After attempting to power on, press each button one at a time. Each press should make the light turn on, confirming the button press.

The timing difference is subtle:

Correct: To power on, press the power button, count “one, two,” and release. Holding it for about one second and releasing before the light flashes also works.

Incorrect: Holding the power button for around four seconds powers the device on for two seconds and then immediately turns it off.
