Which payment methods are accepted on your site?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as well as all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
Is payment on your site secure?
We take security extremely seriously. We use Shopify Plus as our platform, which is highly secure and meets all industry guidelines. We also use sitewide SSL so that all data, not just payment information, is secure at all times.
Where do I enter my coupon / discount code?
When you reach the checkout page, you’ll find the field to enter your coupon code on the right-hand side (on desktop) or under “Show Order Summary.”. Please note that coupon codes cannot be used with other coupons or with products already on discount
Can I apply more than one discount code at a time?
You can apply only one coupon per order. If you have multiple coupons, choose the highest-value one at checkout. You can find our promotion T&Cs here.
I can't find my order confirmation? How can I get it again?
Sometimes email services place our emails in “Promotions” or “Spam.”. If you can’t find the confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll verify that your order was processed correctly and get back to you right away.
