If you’re new to the device, note that some buttons perform two functions, such as power on/off and Bluetooth pairing. The icons next to the buttons are indicators, not buttons. The power button ( > ) usually has the power symbol beside it.
While the device is vibrating, test each button - change the pattern or adjust the intensity - to confirm the buttons and software are working correctly.
If a Bluetooth connection is active with a phone or the remote, you won’t be able to power down the device until you end that connection. Close the app completely or hold the power button on the remote until it disconnects.
Next, connect the device to a USB charger. MysteryVibe devices should not vibrate while charging, so the vibration should stop once power is detected.
If the issue continues, the device may be faulty. Let the battery run down completely, then charge it for 5 - 10 minutes to see whether a hard reboot solves the problem. Please report the results to us.
