Problems turning off the device?Updated 16 days ago

If you are a new user, note that some buttons have dual functions, such as power on/off and Bluetooth pairing. The icons next to the buttons are only symbols for guidance and are not actual buttons. The power button (>) typically has the power symbol printed near it.

While the device is vibrating, first check that all button functions are working by changing the vibe or adjusting the intensity; this confirms that the buttons and software are operating correctly.

If a persistent Bluetooth connection to a phone or the remote is active, you cannot power down the device until the connection is terminated. You can do this by closing the app completely or by holding the power button on the remote until it disconnects.

Next, connect the device to the charger with the USB cable. MysteryVibe devices should not vibrate while charging, so if the device detects charging power, the vibration should stop.

If the issue continues, your device may be faulty. Let the battery run down completely, then give it a short 5 - 10 minute charge and check whether this hard reboot resolves the problem. Please report the outcome to us.
