Problems turning off the device?Updated 2 days ago

If you’re new to the device, note that some buttons have dual functions, such as power on/off and Bluetooth pairing. The icons next to the buttons are indicators, not actual buttons. The power button (>) typically has the power symbol beside it.

While the device is vibrating, first check whether all button functions work. Try changing the vibration pattern or adjusting the intensity; this will confirm that the buttons and software are operating correctly.

If there’s an active Bluetooth connection to a phone or the remote, you won’t be able to power down the device until the connection is terminated. Close the app completely or hold the power button on the remote until it disconnects.

Next, connect the device to a USB charger. MysteryVibe devices should not vibrate while charging, so the vibration should stop once charging begins.

If this does not resolve the issue, the device may be faulty. Let the battery run down completely, then charge it for 5 - 10 minutes and see if the hard reboot fixes the problem. Please also report the issue to us.
