My phone is asking for a pin number when I try to connect. What should I do?Updated a month ago
Some Android phones prompt you to enter a PIN when connecting your device to the app.
This PIN is assigned by your phone, not by the app; the app does not use PINs.
Common Android PINs include 0000, 000000, 1234, and 123456.
If you still cannot connect, go to Settings > Applications > All > Bluetooth Share, then tap Force Stop, Clear Cache, and Clear Data.
You should now be able to connect successfully.
If that still doesn’t work, erase the device pairing by going to Settings > Bluetooth, selecting the device, and tapping Forget Device.
Note that the MysteryVibe device must be turned on and in advertising mode for the phone to detect it. MysteryVibe devices typically advertise for about 30 seconds.
