Please try the following:
Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the app on your phone. If you’re unsure, delete and reinstall the app.
Confirm that you have selected the correct device in the app. To switch devices, swipe down from the home screen, tap the gear icon in the top-right corner, scroll to “Swap device,” and choose the device you want to connect to.
An incorrect Bluetooth pairing can prevent the app from accessing secure features. Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings, tap the device name, and select “Forget This Device,” then reconnect through the app.
