My Molto won't turn onUpdated 7 days ago

Please note, all our products are shipped in travel-lock mode; to release the device from this mode, you must connect it to USB power. After the device has charged briefly, remove the USB cable and attempt to switch the device on.

If you continue to have problems, please check the following and let me know so I can pass the information to our technical team:

  1. Use a different power source and a different USB cable.

  2. Check for any dirt or dust in the charging port.

  3. Check whether you see any lights when you start charging the device.

  4. Press each button a few times to feel distinct, repeated clicks.

  5. Turn on the device by pressing the power button for 2 seconds. (Some devices turn on and then off quickly if you hold the button too long; updating the device via the app can resolve this.)

  6. After trying to turn the device on, press each button one at a time. Each time you press a button, the light should turn on to indicate the button press.

The timing difference is subtle.

Correct: To power on, press the power button, count 1–2 seconds, and release. Holding for about 1 second and releasing before the light flashes also works well.

Incorrect: If you hold the power button for 4 seconds, the device will power on for 2 seconds and then power down for 2 seconds.
