My Legato won't turn onUpdated 16 days ago
Please note, all products are shipped in travel-lock mode. To release the device, connect it to USB power. After it has charged briefly, disconnect the USB cable and attempt to turn the device on.
If you continue to have problems, please check the following and let me know; I will pass the information to our technical team:
Use a different power source and a different USB cable.
Check for any dirt or dust in the charging port.
See whether any lights appear when you start charging the device.
Press each button a few times to confirm distinct, repeated clicks.
Turn on the device by pressing the power button for 2 seconds. (Some devices turn on and then off quickly if you hold the button too long. Updating the device through the app can resolve this.)
After attempting to turn the device on, press each button one at a time. Each press should cause the light to turn on, indicating the button press.
The timing difference is subtle.
Correct: To power on, press the power button, count “one-two,” and release. Holding for about 1 second and releasing before the light flashes also works.
Incorrect: If you hold the power button for 4 seconds, the device powers on for 2 seconds and then powers down for 2 seconds.
If these steps do not work, please contact us at [email protected].
