Your Crescendo 2 may be stuck in boot mode, preventing it from turning on correctly.

To fix this, connect your Crescendo 2 to USB power. Let it charge for about 15 minutes, then try turning it on.

To prevent this from happening again, connect your Crescendo 2 to the app and install the firmware update when prompted.

The update file is quite large, so installation will take about 10 minutes. Once the new firmware is successfully installed, you shouldn’t encounter this issue again.
