I get an error when I try to update the firmware using the MysteryVibe App. What should I do?Updated a month ago
The firmware file is quite large, and the transfer takes about 10 minutes.
If something interrupts the process - like a phone call or Bluetooth interference - the app may show an error. If that happens, tap the circle again to restart the update; it should proceed normally.
You can also open your phone’s Bluetooth settings, select the device, and choose “Forget.” Then delete and reinstall the MysteryVibe app. The firmware should download without errors.
