Background Timeout
Most of us switch between several apps at once. Previously, if you placed the MysteryVibe app in the background - answering a call, opening a music player, or watching a video - the app would disconnect from your device after a minute or two. When you returned to the app, you no longer had control of your MysteryVibe device.
We’ve fixed this by adding a Background Timeout setting. You can now choose how long the app stays connected while it’s in the background, so you can keep using other apps without losing control.
Available timeout options: 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, or 30 minutes.
How to Set Background Timeout
Open the MysteryVibe app and go to Settings.
Scroll down, tap Background Timeout, and choose your preferred duration (15 minutes is a solid choice).
When you finish using your device and want to power it off, disconnect Bluetooth by closing the app; otherwise, the Bluetooth connection will remain active and your device will stay on.
